Mace is the lacy covering of the nutmeg seed but differs in flavour by being subtly pungent and spicier. Owing to its beautiful aroma, Mace is used in making baked goods, meat dishes, stew, etc.
Our organically grown Mace is naturally protected from environmental toxins and pesticides as it is enveloped by a layer of fruit around it.
