A2 Gir Cow Bilona Ghee (देसी गाय का घी )

A2 protein is found only in (Desi) Indian cows. Gir cows have the highest percentage of A2 protein. Cow milk and cow ghee is therefore more more nutritious. It is most easy to digest compared to buffalo milk / ghee and therefore highly recommended for children and aged people.    

- Native Ghee is made through the Authentic Vedic Bilona Process in earthen pots and is hand made.

- Milk to Ghee production is done at the farms in a very comfortable natural environment for our cows. We are Strictly Against Animal Cruelty and our cows are treated with utmost compassion and this is reflected in our Ghee quality.

- Cows graze freely and not in a confined setup.
