•   M/s.Agkilam Promoters will sell Farm Land for 24 cents (one unit) as UDS.
•   M/s.Agkilam Organic Farms(AOF), will have 15 years of lease agreement with each Land Owner.
•   We(AOF) will Cultivate Crops and Do Farming at our own cost.
•   All Products will be sold primarily to the Land Owners at its cost price and then will be sold in the open market.
•   The Profit from sold products will be shared with land owners @ 70.30% (min.3.5% guaranteed) from 3rd year onwards.
•   M/s.Agkilam Promoters will provide "Buy Back" offers on 5th, 10th & 15th year at the market price.
